A wild weekly workout, a fulfilling float in your favorite circle and a trick filled lesson each Tuesday night will give you the inspiration you need to boost your hoop practice, strength and motivation.
This course it is designed to focus on your individual style and expansion. Deanne uses intuitive guidance to ensure each student taps into their unique movement abilities and expands their own strengths and style.
Open to all levels and styles, each week will incorporate hoop dance techniques, trick acquisition, flow practice and sequence building to ignite your hooping fires.
